Gaea-(in gratitude to the divine mother)
Dew drops collect upon blades of grass
The perfume of roses, exquisite, seducing the senses
My feet bare and unadorned, as I pass through this verdant garden
My gown fragile yet beautiful soft and gliding about my frame
A soft wind visits me, brushing against the locks of my hair
He speaks of promises, and of seduction
A smile upon my lips, one that says I know something
A secret perhaps, something taboo
A slow inward breath taking the north wind within me
Only for a moment, but its over in a heartbeat
Only for the out breath.
Union, where would I be without the wind
Looking up to the heavens, the grandeur and magnificence
Of the sun, poking through wind swept clouds
To anoint and kiss my flesh with his warmth
I moan in appreciation and in true acceptance
Gratitude, for the fire in the sky
For where would I be without the sun
Barren and lifeless
My hands brush down over my body
To the swelling of my belly
Where life grows, and will always grow
The singing of birds, the dance all around me
In this garden of wonder, the one around you
the one ever present within your heart
I wait for you, to come to me
Where my arms await to hold you close
To nurture, and be the eternal mother
Rekindling the flames, reminding you of the tides
Cycles within cycles, that nothing ever truly dies
