Elimination Chamber '19 Predictions

Howdy y'all Abdul here and it's been awhile since I've done a WWE PPV Predictions, Previews and Picks. But never fear I. AM. BACK!! and we're starting with this years second Pay-Per-View before WrestleMania and another groundbreaking match in said PPV... Elimination Chamber. Now not all the matches have been spoiled yet so outside of the WWE Championship and WWE Women's Tag Team Championship Elimination Chamber Matches, I'm going to throw in matches I believe will happen on this particular match card. Also while I'm predicting these specific matches keep in mind that most don't have a specific banner depicting the match as well. And one more thing, you're free to comment your predictions to each match we have.

Pre-Show: R-Truth(c) vs Shinsuke Nakamura vs Rusev(With Lana)(Triple Threat match for the United States Championship)

Backstory: Truth won the U.S. Title on a roll-up pin on Shinsuke, who won the title at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View from Rusev. Rusev and Lana, upset after their shortcomings at the Rumble, confronted Truth and Carmella where Rusev basically he felt if Shinsuke didn't deserve the title then Truth certainly deserve not to hold it as well. Truth after defeating both Nakamura and Rusev in the same night was attacked by a newly heel-turned Rusev and Nakamura.

My Thoughts: First off, who the hell thought it wise to turn Rusev and Lana heel? I got it at first Rusev was only being cheered for the Rusev Day chants but like Elias, Rusev was in the midst of a good face run? WWE can't resist fucking with a good thing I tell ya... But anyway Truth shouldn't even be a jobber and I feel he's just gonna lose the title at Fastlane next month. But that's in March about six weeks away and I expect R-Truth to hold the title up until the final show before WrestleMania.

Final Pick: Truth retains the United States Championship by pinning Nakamura.

Main Card:

Finn Balor(c) vs. Bobby Lashley(With Lio Rush)(Singles Match for the Intercontinental Championship)

Backstory: Well with the revelation that Bobby Lashley is going to defend the IC Championship later on tonight and barring Vince screwing Finn over again, we'll be seeing a new Intercontinental Champion at Elimination Chamber and that'll be the guy who made Brock Lesnar believe! Either way, I do see Balor at some point holding a championship during the Road To WrestleMania and what better place than to start here.

Final Pick: Balor defeats Lashley to successfully defend the Intercontinental Championship.

The IIconics(Peyton Royce and Billie Kay) vs. The Riott Squad(Repped by Liv Morgan and Sarah) vs. Nia Jax and Tamina vs. Fire n Desire(Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville) vs. The Fabulous Glow(Carmella and Naomi) vs. The Boss n Hug Connection(Sasha Banks and Bayley)(Six Team Elimination Chamber Match for the Women's Tag Team Titles)

Rules(Teams that drew No. 1 and No. 2 begin; after every five minutes a new team enters; Process continues until six teams are inside the chamber competing; I'm guessing if at any a member of her respective team is pinned or submitted, the whole team is eliminated. Last team standing wins)

Backstory: Vince McMahon teased the arrival of the titles on the Christmas 2018 edition of Monday Night Raw. Alexa Bliss revealed the titles on a separate Monday Night Raw just weeks before the Royal Rumble. Jax and Tamina qualified with a win over Alexa Bliss and Mickie James whereas Morgan and Logan qualified the same night with a win over the makeshift team of Dana Brooke and Natalya. SmackDown's teams of Kay/Royce and Rose/Deville were announced on WWE's social media pages and the past SmackDown respectively. With Banks and Bayley and Naomi and Mella both being spoiled as the last two teams unsurprisingly, our field is now set. Now while I'd be down for Sasha and Bayley winning the titles, I just smell a swerve coming in the form of the IIconics winning which I also like. As for the other teams they won't win because I feel Naomi and Mella are in the match just to be sacrificed to Nia and Tamina. Speaking of the Samoans, The WWE Universe majority would be outraged if Tamina and Jax win the titles but that hasn't stopped Vince from doing stupid shit beforehand. Mandy and Sonya, whatever happened to Rose's big singles push??? I'm guessing they're holding it off until after WrestleMania? Morgan and Logan, like the IIconics will get their time with the titles but not at this moment. Hence why the two heavy favorites are the IIconics and the Boss n Hug Connection. I really can't choose between the two tonight so I'll wait until February 17th

Final Pick(s): Sasha and Bayley OR The IIconics become the first Women's Tag Team Champions in thirty-one years. Either team wins by last eliminating the other team or the team of Jax and Tamina

WWE Championship Elimination Chamber(The New Daniel Bryan(c) vs. A.J. Styles vs. Samoa Joe vs. Randy Orton vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Mustafa Ali)

Backstory: Daniel defeated Styles at the Royal Rumble with help from a returning Rowan. The very next SmackDown, Daniel threw away the WWE Championship in a trash can and replaced it with without a doubt the ugliest fucking title I've seen that was made by HEMP?? But anyway Triple H announced that Daniel Bryan would defend the WWE Championship against Mustafa, Jeff, Joe, Randy and A.J. at the Toyota Center. Mustafa and Jeff are here as cannon fodder I'm afraid, Randy is rumoured to begin a program with A.J. and Joe we don't know if there's aclear plan for him...

Final Pick(Daniel Bryan retains by last eliminating A.J. Styles; Randy Orton racks up at least three eliminations)

Team Co-Besties(c) vs. The Usos(Tag Team Match for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship)

Backstory: Dating back to WWE World Cup, Miz tried desperately to recruit Shane O Mac to form a tag team; It worked as we witnessed, they captured the Tag Team Titles at Royal Rumble against the Bar. Now perhaps the greatest tag team for over the past decade the brotherly tandem Jimmy and Jey Uso will challenge them after winning a fatal-four way tag team elimination style match. Now I still a Shane heel turn happening but at Fastlane next month when they lose to new team; The Good Brothers, Sanity, Heavy Machinery?? Anyway this program doesn't end until we get Shane and Miz at Mania in a match most people don't want to see anyway.

Final Pick: Team Co-Besties win to retain the Tag Titles.

And there you have it folks; obviously these aren't all of them these are just some matches that have been spoiled and a couple I think will happen. I'll keep updating this specific prediction page until next Saturday!! Adios amigos and amigas!!!
