There she was...
Standing there in all her beauty in the corner of the deck. Hair billowing like the Pearl's sails behind her. Though, she had no idea who he was anymore. Age and time had taken the memories away, leaving merely fragments. Bits and pieces here and there, but he was determined to win her back all the same..

"Jack?"

The mention of his name from her lips broke him out of his thoughts, and set his heart pounding. Maybe, just maybe, she finally remembered. Remembered who he was.

"Yes luv?" He replied softly.

"Do you know where he is?" She murmured, eyes distance as she watched the ocean waves. Gently rocking the ship.

"Who?" Jack asked quietly, unsure of what to say.

"Him".. Cora said, sounding sad, almost heartbroken as she put a hand to her chest. "He said he would come back, but he never did"..

His own heart broke at her words, and he swallowed. Trying to hold back the mist threatening to spill from his eyes.

"He will, I'm sure of it." Sparrow murmured, resting a hand on her shoulder in comfort. "He'll come back for ye."

"But what if he doesn't? How do you know he'll come?" She mumbled between a half, quiet sob. "I'm a no one, just a slave.. Definitely not someone worth waiting and going back for"...

"Because he loves ye, yer a beautiful woman luv, an' on top of that. A great one, free or not. He'll come for ye."

The tears began to flow at that, and she turned. Resting her head on his shoulder. "I hope so, I, want him to come back "...

"He will," Jack said softly, wrapping his arms gently around her. "Promise".
