Thorin: Would only put on mask after being forced to by Gandalf.

Bilbo: would wear mask and happily stay at home, except.... he has to quarantine/stay with the dwarves. (Lucky him. 😁)

Gandalf : Follows rules and regulations except when they interfere with his plans.

Rest of the dwarves: Some of them comply, others wait until Thorin does it.

Thranduil : Only wears mask if it matches his outfit. Definitely does social distance though. Unless it's party time. 🎉🎊🍾

Elrond: Is busy trying to quarantine everyone, take care of sick people, and make a cure/vaccine.

Orcs/Azgog: They don't really care, they're one of those "the virus is fake" let's still go hunting/killing people. Also, riots are they're best friend.

Radagast: Only goes out to look for more mushrooms.

Beorn: Like Radagast only goes out for food and orc patrol . Quarantines at home with his animals.

Bard: Also stays at home quarantined with his kids, (He can hide from Alfred better that way.) Only goes out for groceries, and wears mask.

Alfred: Only wears mask when he feels like it. Caught Covid and had to be quarantined for weeks. Much to the happiness of Laketown.

The Master: Unfortunately, he did not wear a mask and like Alfred . Caught Covid too, and had to be hospitalized.

Smaug: Is too busy being holed up with his coins and treasure. Didn't even know there was a virus.

Sauron: Is too busy frantically looking for a lost ring to stay at home. And besides, what can he do? An eye can't wear a mask. 🤷‍♀️😁

Gollum: Is happily obsessing over a shiny thing to care about pandemic.
