Okay, so I feel that sexual assault is such a serious issue that it shouldn't be joked about. Also people need to learn that both men and women are affected by sexual assault.

That being said, I am so outraged at how Kesha's contract with Sony wasn't cancelled. It is heartbreaking that she has been forced to work with her rapist for another six albums. Even worse, is the fact that the judge then defends his choice by saying that there wasn't enough evidence???

Besides this has nothing to do with evidence because she's not pressing charges, she isn't asking for him to go to jail, all she's asking is to be freed from the man that has abused her both physically and psychologically for the past decade or so. Why are they making decisions based off what will benefit Dr Luke (her rapist) who frankly has enough money so the cash coming from her albums isn't going to make such a difference?

Can somebody please explain why Kesha, a talented and beautiful musician, is being pushed to fear her own job and passion because of a sick, twisted man?

Women who have suffered from sexual abuse are often led to alcoholism, mental instability and even suicide because they don't get justice.

To people who are asking her for evidence, saying that this is all a plot to get out of her Sony Contract, well, screw you and take your ugly opinion somewhere else.

Besides, with Kesha sobbing as she walked out of the courtroom and Dr Luke smirking proudly, isn't it evident enough who the victim here is?

That brings me to another topic, where are our so called "feminist" activists when you need them. Those that only use feminism to benefit them and defend themselves off people. Where is where is Lena Dunham and their likes?

Only use feminism as a social trend because they're really "empowering" women but when it comes to transgender women, women of colour, sexually abused women and disabled women, they're suddenly mute.
