anxiety
I don't know if this is the same for everyone, but do you know how an panic attack feels?
Mine are internal, for some reason-
As something is happening to trigger my anxiety, my breathing speeds up. My thoughts speed up and a good mix too-
"Just do it you fucking baby!"
"Doesn't matter, everyone's gonna hate you no matter what."
"Don't do it don't do it don't do it-"
"WHY ARE YOU ANXIOUS!?"
...y'know, that stuff.
But on the outside, barely anything is happening. I don't know if that's good or bad- should I be showing emotion during this?
Yeah anyway I'm scared and anxious and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
