So I was inspired to write this, because I was reading a rant book, and the person was trashing people who were in their eyes, "cool" or "popular." You can't just do that! And the person was like: "they are to nice to the teach. They are stupid."

Really? You're to nice to a teacher? Oh my GAWD! I get it if they are rude to you, but to this person they didn't sound all that rude in the first place. You're just mad because the teachers don't hate them!

Though what's the point in that in the first place? Why would you hate on someone, just because of how popular they are. More people like them over you, deal with it, but don't go talking bad about them!

Story time.

So a couple years back, I aged out of elementary school, and headed to middle school. I didn't know many people in the middle school, but there were a few of my old elementary school friends i happened to hang out with. They happened to be a Mexican kid, and some of the popular girls.

I hung out with them all the time all the time, and as I started to make new friends, so did the other people. Pretty soon our small group was doubling each day. I didn't really seem to notice, nor did I care. I just kept hanging out with the people I knew.

At one point there were kids who followed us around, just silently staring at us or laughing at every single joke we made. Like I said before, I didn't really care. It's not like I was asking for these kids to follow us. They kinda just did.

One day we were allowed to eat outside, so I did my do and hung out with the same group of people. Slowly people started pilling out until there was a HUGE circle around what started as 8 people. We didn't choose that, it just happened.

After that year, the Mexican kid left the country and so the girls left our group to go hang out with the other girls. The guys split up into small groups, and everyone went on with their days.

That Mexican kid was one of the real popular kids. He kept us together,(by us I mean the people from my old school) and once he left we went on our separate ways.

End of story :P

Ok, so that was 100% true. Our group became popular, and we didn't even ask for it. That's not something you can get mad over. You're basically getting mad at someone because more people like them then you...

I could see why you wouldn't like that, but getting mad at them? Geez people calm down.

To put this in perspective for people who haven't yet seen the whole popularity thing yet let me just use some Wattpad writers as a example. How about OliviaLovesSnow and me. (Screw grammaring)

At one point we both started out with 0 followers. It was actually around the same time :o She started writing earlier, while I read books most of the time. Once I started writing, people first hated me, so I left Wattpad for a period, meanwhile Olivia was starting to get famous.

I came back and started to write Minecraft books. I was a little late to the whole scene, but who cares. As she was already around 200 followers when I was at 10. Once I started Hunting Herobrine, I was gaining a amazing 10 followers a day, causing me to catch up to olivia fast. The thing is she had been writing longer then me, which means she gained more knowledge and stuff. Pretty soon sis hit 100K reads, and she was gaining like 200 or so followers per month.

Once I was finished with both my minecraft books I was a little under 1K followers, and Olivia was at around 1.5K. Now I'm at 2.1K, and she is at around 5K. She is way better of a writer, and way more dedicated to what she does, causing people to like her more.

She is defiantly a more popular writer, and I respect that. I can't hate on her just because she is more like able! I would never anyways, she is an amazing writer.

Get it now people who didn't understand? Probably not.
