As alluded to in the previous chapter, there is a transgender boy in my year who has come new this year and on the whole people have been pretty chill about it. But the thing which is annoying me is people purposefully using the wrong pronouns when talking about him. I just think it's really disrespectful for people who know about which pronouns he uses to then purposefully use the wrong ones. I slip up here and there but like a decent human being I correct myself. I want to shake people sometimes and just shout 'STOP BEING A DOUCHEBAG'. Anyway, rant over. Just felt like something I wanted to get off my chest.
