Why does the letter C exist?

K sounds just like it. Why it say "Kat" or "krayon" or "Kandy" and replace c with k bc it practically shouldn't change the word?

Except for like in except, or "receipt" or "grace" but instead make c always sound like the s. So you would say "cound" "cay" "Cale" or everything. If C now made the S sound. Then just rid the alphebet of the S.

Like, S. Uuss. Kinda what s sound like. Us. Or esss. Something like that. But C it ssssssssee. C sounds more like s than s does.

So, or chould I cay co, we chould replace S with C. Kould you read that though?
