"Feminist" is even used as an insult or jibe now, at least , in my school.

"That wasn't very nice, boys and girls are equal."

If you get one single thing in your life, get this right.

Feminism is advocating for equality of both genders. Period. It's not saying women are higher than men, or that men are 💩.

It's also not an excuse to be an absolute jerk to anyone of the make race for the sole reason that they are male.
