Workout?
So I'm doing this workout thing...
Apparently I'm good at sports and stuff(people have been telling me I'm good at running,gymnastics and a few others)
....so I'm just working on building my muscles! Only cause I'm too lazy to do something else.... (I do a dance clue at school,and I might join a rugby club....)
Everyday after school I have to do half an hour of stuff... I'm doing my first one right now,I'll be doing 5 minutes of each thing and have a 2 minute break after doing 10 minutes of the thing... So yeah....
Oh and quick question,how many of you lift?
I just want to know...
