Is it bad that I don't know if I'm hungry or not?

My stomach always feels this one way.... And I don't know if that's hunger or if my stomach is full or something.... It just all ways feels that way....

And then when I think I'm hungry and I eat,I poke after....
And I have no clue what's going on...

Someone please explain?
Or at least give me some advice?!
Or something?!?!
