OK so I was on my phone a few days ago watching YouTube I was watching kindergarten of course and And when it came to the part about Ted's mission and he had to put gum in a girls hair and he said I'm not gonna choose Penny and when you ask why he just says Carla is mean sometimes?! So today durning class I was on my computer looking at the Kindergarten 2 fandom page And then I decided hey I'm gonna click on Ted's page and see if it says anything about him liking Penny now it didn't say he liked her straightforward it made me wonder what were the developers trying to say?! It was just so confusing to me. And when I asked my friend she said it was because Ted is afraid of Penny yet notice  everyone else in the game  say they're afraid of Penny or they just feel like something is off about her.Even Carla said she felt off about Penny and  we all know Carla doesn't admit weaknesses  that much. So could Ted x Penny be canon in kindergarten well will never know but I'm going to go and say it's possible. That's all folks!!!
