On the rare occasion you come across an innocent Slytherin, do not ruin their innocence of you will have an entire house out for your blood.

Closely followed by Slytherin, Ravenclaw has the most inter-year interactions/friendships. Ravenclaw is all about sharing knowledge and art and ideas no matter what your age.

Slytherin loves the school uniforms, if only to use the black cloak to make a dramatic cape flourish exit. In fact, the older students teach the first years to walk so their cloak billows behind them.

A Hufflepuff will not kill you. 

A Ravenclaw can kill you and get away with it.

A Gryffindor can kill you but you know it's going to involve a lot of flashy, complex plans and random shiz that makes the whole process much more difficult than it needs to be.

A Slytherin will either hand you the dagger and convince you to stab yourself, or they'll tell you straight up they're going to kill you by stabbing you in the front but will then proceed to stab you from behin immediately.
