Tam tam said he didn't like celebrating holidays with his family so Fatgum said 'nope' and made a whole feast and invited Kirishima, Momo, and Tam tam to the agency so they could celebrate together.

Tam tam is his son and the adoption papers are for the day Tam tam's parents cross the line.

Fatgum doesn't care, he'll totally fight if someone insults any of his 'children' (Momo, Kiri, especially Tam tam)
