Everytime I comment it says "You can not Contact this user". Is anyone else experiencing this? My notifs are late too. And I forgot my password apparently so I can't get out of Wattpad and get back in.

Wattpad decided to start acting right but it's still pissing me off because it took so long to be able to publish this, and my notifs are an hour late
