Okay, this is something that makes my heart ache each time it comes up.

People self sabotage because they don't know what they're worth. They failed to realize that they are beautiful. It saddens me so I'm making it clear now.

YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT JUST THE WAY YOU ARE.

It doesn't matter what that boy or girl thinks. It doesn't matter what they said to you. It doesn't matter who they think or say you are. What matters is who you say you are. Who you want to be. Only you.

No one can make you fell what you don't want to or shouldn't feel. Stay away from people that make you feel like you're hard to love or that there's nothing about you to love. They're toxic for you. Surround yourself with people that love you, people that know the real you and love you for that.

YOU ARE AMAZING. YOU ARE SPECIAL. THERE IS NO ONE ON EARTH WHO WILL EVER BE LIKE YOU.

People say things that hurt us sometimes and we take them to heart. It makes us lose trust on ourselves, lie self esteem diminishes and we start to self sabotage without even knowing it. It shouldn't be that way.

We should love ourselves. That's the only way we'll ever be happy.

As for feeling self conscious, we're all self conscious sometimes. Not every day has to be a good day. We don't have to smile everyday. We just have to keep loving ourselves and each other. Be there for each other.

Trust me, you're gonna be a whole lot better after you see yourself for the blessing you are.

If you want to change yourself, it should be to make yourself feel better. Not because of what someone said. You are you.

And to those of us who feel like we're just too complicated, Nothing, I repeat absolutely nothing about you is not lovable. If anything it gives people a hard time and they'll love you even more when they figure you out.

What it's meant to be, beautiful and simply complicated. You don't need someone to make you happy. Be someone that makes you happy. Be your source of joys and smiles.

YOU ARE UNIQUE.
YOU ARE SPECIAL.

You are beautifully and wonderfully made by God and he doesn't make mistakes. So if you feel you're a mistake, better think again because he has a purpose for you.

We were made after his image and likeness. Ergo, we can't be mistakes because he's not a mistake.
