Summary: A girl named Dawn gets accepted into a Pokemon Roleplay Group. She appears to get a defective "Pokedex" that is sent from the group. After messing around with the device, it eventually leads her to press a flashing button. Due to that event, it leads her on a grand adventure into the Pokemon World!

However, upon going to the Pokemon world, she realizes she has amnesia; as she can't remember who she was and how she woke up in an old farmer's orchard.

Alright, onto the review portion.

I really loved the idea about the originality of this book! There were quite a number of elements added in that you normally don't see in Pokemon fanfictions. For instance, having the kind of effect with Pokemon Mystery Dungeon; with the amnesia portion and waking up in an unknown area... Dawn, I am pretty sure, was from the human world and was transported to the Pokemon world.

Something that I also see that is similar to PMD is that she may be sent because she has to solve a task of some kind--upon solving it, she would be sent back home. However, since the book is not yet finished, I cannot fully say that is 100% true at the moment.

Alright, yes, Gracie, this writing does seem a little outdated from what I have seen in the later chapters. I really like where you are going with this, I really do, but I feel that there are some things that could be improved.

First of all, the length of the story could use a little bit of work. I know that you usually don't like really ridiculously long stories, but I feel that you may get things done a little easier if the story chapters were just a little bit longer. PLEASE don't think that you need to go up in the 5,000+ range. NO... I think that you should make them just a little bit longer, maybe around the 2,000-3,000 range. That, I feel, would be enough information for a chapter. Though you don't need to listen to this one; you can have the length be whatever length you would like.

I feel that this book, though it was mostly near the beginning of the book and maybe some of the more up-to-date chapters, doesn't have settings or details described enough. The only way that I could tell that a setting changed was upon saying something like "Ooh, look at that hill!" or "That large lake is really large from here." Then again, I sometimes have this problem myself, so I really shouldn't get onto you about this.

Other than that, I really didn't find anything else negative about this book.

Another positive about this book is the character development.

Dawn and her friends seem to be fairly close, as you can tell that they are friends. Well, really friendly acquaintances at the least. Dawn's Pokemon, specifically her Eevee/Sylveon named Daniel has quite a personality in itself. It really makes me happy that she seems to find a Pokemon that is in a similar predicament she is.

Another thing that I find interesting is the usage of Pokemon gijinkas (AKA: Human and Pokemon hybrids). Not very many Pokemon fanfictions use that topic, especially in a manner like this story offered.
