This is a poem that we are supposed to do for ELA. I thought I would share it :3

Where I'm from is where I grew up into the person I am.
I would never change a thing about that.

I'm from a old house that sheltered me for most of my life.
The memories I've had there are special.

I'm from a non-busy street, behind a school I used to walk to every day.
I walked to the field in which I used to play.

I miss those times, when I didn't have to worry.
When the world was better.

I now have grown, into someone I am proud of.
I'm not proud of some of the choices of made, but who is?

I'm from a place were 2 generations of my family was raised.
I would have liked to stayed.

Where I'm from is where I would have liked to stayed.
But we had to move away.

Away from the memories,
Away from the little street I grew up on.

To a new place,
To a semi-new life,
To new memories.

Where I'm from is the place where i want to be.
I would never change that.
