-You're allowed to put yourself first sometimes.

-Breaks are important.

-You are loved.

-Sleep is very important, especially if you're working hard all day!

-You can get through whatever you are going through.

-You are strong.

-There are people out there you can reach out to.

- You are not alone even if you feel like you are.

-You need to eat and drink!

-If you have medication, you need to take it. You have it for a reason after all!

Please stay strong and safe today. You can do this<3

I haven't been feeling good again for a few days in a row. Usually I'm just meh but lately I've been worse than that and just can't be bothered to do anything. I keep thinking about bad things and I'm struggling a lot again. I just want to make sure you know I'm here if you need someone to talk to. Please don't suffer in silence.
