I JUST WENT TO A JEWISH TEMPLE FOR A SHABATH SERVICE AND IT WAS SO COOL. I should probably calm down now but EHHHHHHHHH. Anyway, someone invited my dad to a service at the temple a few weeks ago and my dad took me tonight. Honestly, I was scared, excited, and nervous. Why? I get paranoid way too easily. But the service was really cool, even though I didn't understand when they sang in Hebrew (which was AMAZING AHHHHH). Afterwards, we stayed for deserts and :) I had cookies. Then one of the guys singing during the service came to greet us and it was great! We all sat down and ate with him and this sweet old lady :) . Then, after a lot of talk, the man offered to show us the Torah and my dad and I was curious so we accepted it. So, we followed him back to the place where they had service. The man opened two doors and  I swear I can't remember the last time when a huge smile just crossed my face. In there were three giant scrolls and he took out one, took off everything on it and laid it out on a desk. It was so long omg >_< . The entire experience was amazing. I loved it and I definitely come back someday (\(^_^)/) !
