I didn't know what to do with the Umbreon's Mansion concept. I was thinking about having it take place in Lavender Town's Pokémon Tower but that isn't a Mansion then I thought about the Old Chateau from the Sinnoh Region and add some elements from the Kanto and Alolan Region.

Now E Gadd has some friends from the Pokémon World... (the professors from the Kanto, Sinnoh and Alolan region) the Professor from the Sinnoh region has heard about some stranger things happening in the Old Chateau and E Gadd thinks it may be the work of King Boo so E. Gadd gets Luigi's help and they both travel to the Pokémon World. Luigi turns into a Green ringed Umbreon and E Gadd turns into a Shiny Eevee. But the professors of the three regions gave E Gadd a few useful tools to help them. The Silph Scope, the Rotom Dex as a map and with E. Gadd and the other professor's help, the Poltergust R. (The R stands for Rotom) This means that Rotom possesses the new Poltergust. I may reference SMEB in this be story if possible.

About the Poltergust I may be letting Luigi Attack the ghosts with his moves then sucking them in or throwing Pokeballs at them then sucking them in (like the Plungers In Luigi's Mansion 3)
I'm not really sure what to do for this one though. So comment what you think.

I'm thinking that the Rotom Dex May be a little sassy but loves to give certain information, talkative, helps Luigi, and absolutely loves attention. Luigi isn't really comfortable of him being part Ghost type though.

The Portrait Ghosts will also show up in the story and several other ghosts including the little girl, Butler, and Ghost type Pokémon of course.

Luigi is an Umbreon for a reason... He can use Dark type moves which are super effective against ghost types and he also has his glow in the dark rings that light his way like a flashlight. They are green because of Luigi being green.
