Why did Peter Jackson put Ori as the youngest?

Kili is the youngest in the books!

I mean. Why did they mess that up?

Ori has a beard and Kili doesn't!

Don't you think it would take longer to grow a beard?

So why would PJ make Ori the youngest when Kili was in plain sight?
