Okay, so thanks to Andrew_Gaming , I'm now a part of the RWBY fandom. I created an oc yesterday. It's up there and I'm so proud of it! Look at those hands! Those are probably the best hands I've ever drawn! LOOK AT EM!

Crush: Oscar Pine

Story: Megumi and Oscar were childhood friends on the farm. Her parents were friends with his aunt and when hard times fell upon the Elvy family, Oscar's (unnamed) Aunt was kind enough to let them stay. They would play and laugh together and it was all just so... simple. It was great, but Meg always wanted something... more. Something beyond helping out as a farmhand. She dreamed of helping out in a bigger way... as a huntress. Whenever she wasn't hanging out with Oscar, Megumi would be training herself. Of course, she didn't know any real fighting moves, but she still tried using a whip she found somewhere on the farm. By some miracle, Megumi got into a combat school, Signal Academy, to prepare for Beacon and it's rigorous entrance exam. It was hard to say goodbye to Oscar and all she had known... but she had too... she knew she'd see him again... one day... and one day, he'd know how she feels... Megumi always liked Oscar, admiring his calm and passive disposition, his dedication to helping around the farm, and the smile he always had while working and playing. Before Megumi left, Oscar gave her half of a friendship necklace. It was one of those heart necklaces to connects to its other half. Ever since then, Megumi keeps the necklace close to her heart and Oscar, to make sure it's out of the way, keeps it under the bandages on his neck. While at Signal, Meg met Ruby Rose and was surprised when she moved up to Beacon early. The Vytal Festival Tournament comes around and Megumi, along with the rest of her Signal classmates, watch the battles. Meg is ecstatic to see Ruby again! During the battle of Beacon, she slipped away from the Signal group and fought alongside teams RWBY, JNPR, etc, and unlocked her semblance, Vine Bend. After the fall of Beacon, Megumi couldn't just go back to Signal. She made a split decision to go back home with Ruby (not the best idea, I know.) When Ruby wakes up and starts her journey to Mistral with the remaining members of Team JNPR, Megumi tags along.

Weapons: A regular whip that was given an upgrade after the fall of Beacon (her whip is like that of Amethyst's from Steven Universe)

Semblance: Vine Bend: This semblance would theoretically act like a rope. A scary, earthy dope coming up from the ground. The user must have their feet planted on the ground, to plant 'seeds'. And by that, I mean by some unnatural power of magic, vines manifest under the user and weave around beneath the soil. When the user chooses, said vines could use the power of friction to push themselves out of the ground, almost unexpectedly, and sort-of 'rope' the victim.
