workout challenge!!!
heyyo lovelys! today i bring-eth a work out challenge! its a 7 day challenge and basically what you do is you time yourself as you do the work out that i shall have below, and yes you are aloud to take a break/rest but you CANNOT pause the timer as you rest, track your time each day and post how long it took you each day :) the goal is to be able to finish the workout in a smaller amount of time each day :) also post answers to the following questions- (btw this workout is mainly for your abs, or in my case your flabs XD im thin but my abs are just....lets just leave it at that XD
1-did you sweat? if so how hard?
2-could you feel your stomach burning?
3-how was your diet during the challenge week?(lots of junk and sweets, moderate, light, or no unhealty food/ no snacks)
4-do you feel thinner or like your abs are stronger and more toned?
5-how hard was this challenge?
now heres the workout :) (ill be doing the challenge to starting tomorrow)~
-100 sec. jog
-100 sec. high knees
-25 squats
-25 jump squats
-25 burpees
-100 of the rolls (btw you can ask in the comments how to do any of the excersizes)
-100 windmills
-100 high flutter legs/kicks
-100 low flutter legs/kicks
-100 single leg drops
-100 double leg drops
-100 star fish crunches
-100 full body crunches with weights (you dont have to do them with weights if you dont have any)
-100 sec plank
-100 jumping jacks
-100 russian twists
-100 mountain climbers
-100 full sit ups
-100 oblique crunches (50 each side)
-100 bicycle crunches
-100 hip thrusts
-100 sec bridge
-100 jumping jacks
-100 sec high knees
-100 sec jog
AND YOUR DONE
ill be posting my time each day and answering the given questions each day :)
also anyone who finishes this challenge will get a congratulations chapter and a detication! but you MUST provide me with your time each day and the answers to the questions ( you dont have to answer them each day but i will be)
