Again another repost of an old fic. This one includes framing for a crime, maybe possible swearing, angst, and typical MCU violence. Hope you all enjoy this or re-enjoy this fic :)

I couldn't ask for a better family than the Guardians of the Galaxy. We always have such fun adventures and cause some problems on the side (mainly me and uncle Rocket and on occasions my daddy and I). I was found by my dad, the legendary Star Lord and even though I'm not related to him by blood, he's still treated me like any daddy would to his child, and I wouldn't ask for anyone better. My life was perfect and I couldn't ask for a better family.

Well except there was that one time.

One day we were just cruising along the galaxy after having just delivered a wanted fugitive to the NOVA corp. When suddenly something slammed right into our windows. Some of us let out a startled yelp or let out a simple gasp.

"Wipers! Wipers! Get it off!" exclaimed Uncle Rocket.

"Hold on Rocket, it's just a kid". We soon brought him in and set him down on the table and Rocket cautiously sniffed him. I took notice that this boy could possibly be around my age maybe a year or two older, he had dark blue skin with what looked like ancient symbols edged around his skin. He also had a huge scar going down his right eye that looked like a lightning bolt. We all waited around him patiently when suddenly the boy shot up gasping for breath. We all stood defensively and the boy looked at us and said.

"Who....who are you people?"

"First you might wanna tell us who the hell you are?" stated Uncle Rocket.

"Calm down Rocket he's just a kid". Daddy said.

"I—I don't know, I can't—I can't remember". The boy said.

"Well tell us what you do remember?" Aunt Gamora said. The boy just looked at all of us frightenedly and said.

"I can't—I'm trying really I am I just....."

"Alright you guys layoff will yah? Give this kid a break for a minute before you start interrogating him" daddy said. He then walked up to the boy and said, "Come on, I can get you some food and a room where you can rest up". Dad then led the boy to the kitchen area.

I don't know why but I felt something was off about this boy, I mean wouldn't you find it weird if someone just randomly fell onto your ship out of the blue, claim they didn't know who they were and not say another word, I mean I could be wrong but then again I could be right that this boy could possibly be hiding something.

Little did I know how right I would be.

The next day we had someone had hacked into Rocket's weaponry stash and short circuited them. As Uncle Rocket was trying to fix one of his 50 weapons he suddenly snapped and cried out.

"Who the hell touched my stuff!? I had been working on these things for a long time and someone screwed them over! Who was it!?"

"Rocket no one was near your stuff, only you know the passcode to it and you gave it to no one else" stated Gamora.

"Well then someone was spyin on me and saw me punch in the code now which one of you was it!?"

"Umm....I think I know who it was". The boy stammered shyly. We all turned to him and he pointed at me. "I saw her following Mr. Rocket and I saw her punch in the code and take those pillars and mess with them".

What!? I wasn't down there, Uncle Rocket forbade anyone from going down there and I never once disobeyed that rule. Uncle Rocket turned to me with a hurtful look as he said.

"You did this kid?"

"No I didn't".

"Now (y/n) it is not right to spread false words from your mouth" Uncle Drax said.

"But I didn't do it!"

"Now hang on guys, I will talk to her about this okay? But first tell Rocket your sorry (y/n)".

"But dad—"

"No buts (y/n) do it now". I then apologized to Uncle Rocket but he didn't even look at me. He just went back to work as daddy took me to my room to talk more about this, and I swear I saw a gleam in that boy's eye as daddy took me away.

Things only went from bad to worse for the next couple of days. Next thing I knew we had to make an emergency landing on a world known as Asgard. Apparently someone had gotten into the engine and completely messed up the turbines, luckily one of the Asgardians named Thor had convinced his father to allow us to stay until our ship was fixed and knowing our reputation the King allowed it.

As we sat inside one of the big palace rooms, daddy was pacing around, Uncle Drax was eating some fruit, aunt Gamora stood by the fireplace and Uncle Rocket, Groot and I were sitting on the couch while the boy stood off in the corner.

"Okay the engines were fine before we left Xandar and now all of a sudden the engines give out just as were passing over Asgard you sure you triple checked everything Rocket?" daddy said.

"Oh so it's my fault now! 'Rocket do this' 'Rocket do that'. Of course I checked everything how dare you even question me on it I even had some of the self-claimed best engineers helping me out back at Xandar even though I didn't need it!"

"Stop it! Fighting about it isn't going to help, we're lucky that Thor came along otherwise we'd be put in the dungeons for even trespassing on this kingdom" Aunt Gamora said.

"I am Groot".

"Yeah I'm with Groot, whoever messed with the engines is gonna have to deal with me. And I won't hesitate to blast their freakin heads off".

"I—I k-know who it was" the boy said. We all looked to him and something in my mind clicked but before I could even put a word in he continued, "Before we left Xandar I....I saw (y/n) go into the engines and do something to it, I even found this in her room". He then held up a melting blaster that I didn't even own.

What the hell is going on!? Why was he doing this to me?

"(Y/n) what has gotten into you?" Aunt Gamora said.

"You have never acted this way before why are you behaving like a rotten rathtar?" Uncle Drax said.

"It wasn't me he's lying! Just like he did three days ago with your guns Uncle Rocket. You know I would never disobey you, why would I start now?" My family all looked at me then the boy spoke up.

"I tried to stop her this time at the en—engine room but then she pulled out her bl-bl-blaster thing and threatened me". What?!

"Shut up you're lying!" I screamed at him as daddy came and held me back.

"Alright little missy I think you need to be put in time out".

"No daddy I swear to Grandma Meredith I'm not lying!"

"It doesn't matter you were about to start something now, now I want you to go to your room and I want you to stay there understand?" I sighed solemnly and muttered brokenly.

"Yes daddy". I then walked out of the room and headed to the bedroom the Asgardians provided for me, I went to the corner and I just sat there and curled myself up into a ball and tried my best not to cry.

I don't know why I was being framed for all these things that are happening to us, why am I the one being punished?

Out from my window I soon caught sight of the boy walking along the gardens. Something inside of me was screaming at me to follow him, but I knew if I left this room without daddy's permission, I would get into even more trouble than before.

But I knew I had to do this. I grabbed my mini blasters and hooked them to my hips and thanks to Uncle Rocket and Aunt Gamora's training, I successfully managed to scale down the palace walls without hurting myself. I quietly trailed behind the boy and saw him heading towards a building.

I followed behind him and saw two guards just ahead of him. When the guards saw him, they stood intimidatingly over him and I heard one of them say.

"What are you doing here boy?"

"Nothing that need concern you, in fact you won't be concerned about anything anymore". The boy said. Suddenly appearing in his hand was some sort of cube which then glowed brightly and the two guards screamed in agony and then vanished without a trace.

I held my hand to my mouth in shock. Just who was this boy? I saw him head down the stairs and even though I was scared at what I had just seen, my instincts were telling me to keep following him.

Quietly as I could, I walked down the stairs and soon came to what looked like a weapons hallway. I soon saw the boy standing before something then he held out his hand and it glowed bright green and he shot the green light onto the floor which then formed into a figure that I knew all too well from Aunt Gamora. Thanos.

'Aigami. I trust you have successfully found it'.

"Yes father, they led me directly to the Tesseract, soon you will have what those fools Loki and Ronan could never give you".

'And you have gained the Guardian's full trust'.

"Please father, they would believe anyone that has 'memory loss' and a st-stu-stutter. I've even managed to turn them against one of their own".

'Excellent. Now bring me the tesseract and I promise a corner of the Universe'. Thanos then vanished into thin air. The boy then turned to the blue cube and said.

"All too easy".

"Think again you bastard!" I then decided to make myself known as I fired a fire blast at him. The boy known as Aigami turned to me and glared at me with pure hatred. "I knew there was something suspicious about you the moment you first came on our ship. You work for Thanos!"

"Well I'll give you props for not being as stupid as your old man. He's so gullible that even a beast could fool him". I fired again at him but he suddenly disappeared. I stood on guard as his voice continued to taunt me, 'Poor little (y/n), all alone with no one to believe her. Your family will never accept you again, not after all that you've done'.

"Shut up! That wasn't me and you know it Aigami!"

'Tell me this and be honest here (y/n), who are they really going to believe' he then reappeared behind me but I turned and aimed my blasters at him as he continued, "The poor, helpless, sta-stammering boy with no memory, or you?"

"Once I tell them who you really are then they'll believe me".

"Not unless I tell them the reason you're down here. I've done it before and I can do it again, and this time you'll be punished by the All-Father himself. Then the minute you're gone..."

"YOU LAY A HAND ON MY FAMILY I END YOU!!!" I blasted him in the side which caused him to go down on his knees. He chuckled coldly and he said as he slowly got up and said.

"Yeah, and how you gonna do that through a prison Guardian?" He then held out his hand and by some sort of magic, I was pushed back and slammed into the ground.

I groaned as I felt a bump beginning to form but I got back up as Aigami continued to say.

"You Guardians have been a real nuisance to my father's plan. Your Aunt Gamora betrayed as did Nebula, we'll I'm different than any of his children combined. And if you want to save them there's only one way to stop me and you know it". He then levitated and charged right at me.

The two of us gripped each other then I finally managed to punch his injured side but that only made him falter and not scream like most people would but at least I got him on the ground and aimed my blaster right at his forehead.

Aigami stared at me before laughed with such coldness I would've been scared had I not want to rip his head off right now. He then said to me.

"You know I was pinning on you for weak but you surprise me".

"People tend to do that".

"Indeed. Well I guess you only have one option left, you know the truth after all, so go on. Be the Guardian that you are, and end this right here before it even starts. But I can swear to you if you don't, I will destroy everyone you love, starting with your father".

I glared with pure hatred at him and I was just about to pull the trigger when I heard my dad's voice.

"(Y/N) (M/N) QUILL WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!?!" I looked up to see not only my family but Thor, Odin and some more guards.

"Daddy....."

"What did you do to him?" Uncle Drax said.

"Kid I may have taught you to shoot but that doesn't give you the right to shoot at someone who hadn't done anything to you".

"But he—"

"Please....help me. She tried to steal that blue cube thing, I tried to stop her but she shot me. I....It hurts" Aigami stated frightenedly.

This can't be happening, please tell me this isn't happening.

"This is the repayment I get for allowing you to stay here?" Odin exclaimed.

"Father please be reasonable, there may be an explanation".

"You Guardians of the Galaxy are to leave Asgard immediately, Guards take the girl down to the dungeons!" Suddenly I was chained up by the guards and dragged away. I thrashed around and began screaming as I cried out.

"No please! Please he's lying! He works for Thanos! He's lying to you to kill you! I've been framed! Please daddy! Daddy help me! Daddy! He's going to kill you! He'll kill you all!" But none of my family could even look at me as they rushed to Aigami and in the end I could see Aigami smirk at me wickedly as I was being dragged away to the Asgardian dungeons.

After being put in a glass cell at the darkest and deepest dungeons they had, I curled up and wept hysterically.

How could they do this to me? Why wouldn't anyone believe me? Why? And now Aigami will kill my family and it's all my fault.

"Now this is interesting, Odin has now decided to imprison a Midgardian child, what will he do next?" I looked up and across from my cell was a man with shoulder length black hair, he wore green and black armor with a hint of gold and his eyes were a piercing blue and his skin looked like it had been kissed by only the moon.

I had heard of him from stories but I never thought I would see him face to face, but I knew I couldn't let him get to me since that has always been his reputation.

What would you expect from the God of Mischief and Lies himself?

"Don't talk to me" I stated bluntly as I turned away from him.

"My, my it would seem this child has some fire in her".

"I know who you are, you're Loki the God of Mischief and Lies. Well I'm not gonna let you spew your silver tongue on my judgement".

"So you're not a fool then, I like that. Now what brings a Midgardian to the dungeons of the All-Father?"

"Why do you care?" I spat out not turning to look at him.

"Come now child, we're both in the 'same old fryer patch now' as the Midgardian saying goes. Impounded by the ones who claimed to love us".

"MY FAMILY DOES LOVES ME! You don't know them like I do". I snapped as I turned towards him glaring at him with as much hatred as I could but the tears in my eyes deceived me.

"So they love you so much they've allowed you to be put here in the deepest Asgardian prison, seems like we have something in common" Loki stated sarcastically. I turned away from Loki and stated.

"It wasn't my fault. It's all Aigami's fault, and now he's gonna get what he wants".

"Wait a minute, what did you just say?" For some reason the God of Mischief's voice wasn't cunning nor was he being a smartass about it, in fact he sounded worried?

"What?"

"The name, the name you just said what was it?"

"Aigami".

"Did he have a scar over his eye in the shape of a lightning bolt?"

"Yeah, he also had blue skin with ancient markings all over him, do you know him?"

"Unfortunately I do," before Loki could continue, the dungeons suddenly opened and coming in was Thor. He came to my cell and he said to me.

"Unlike the All-father I am willing to hear your story out. No prisoner with such an intent to steal one of the six infinity stones would bawl and scream trying to convince their innocence less they were framed". Finally someone is willing to listen.

I then confided to Thor about everything that Aigami has done since I've met him, I also told him what had happened at the weapons vault and what he had told me and who he was working for. And surprisingly Loki as well put in his input on Aigami.

He had told me and Thor that Aigami is a deity known as a Kishin, a creature that is known to be far worse at deceiving people. They pick one person to take the fall for their crimes and make others believe that their target is the one causing trouble. Once that person is out of the way, they use what's known as a Dimension cube to absorb the souls of any living thing and since that cube is connected to their life force the more souls they collect, the powerful they become.

"Oh God if he gets the souls of my family then he'll—I have to save them! Please Thor you have to let me out!"

"I will grant your request Lady (y/n) but I must ask how can you defeat someone as powerful as a Kishin alone?"

"She won't be alone," we turned to Loki in shock then the God of Mischief continued, "I'm not doing it for the Guardians if that is what you mean. He had claimed to be better than me when it comes to deceiving, that I will not take lightly. There can only be one silver tongue and that right belongs to me". And with that our plotting began.

Just before the Guardians took off, Peter turned around and looked back towards the palace.

"Something wrong Peter?" asked Gamora.

"It's just—am I as bad as my father for what I'm doing to (y/n)?"

"Well you didn't try to force her to take over the world with you by your side nor are you a planet" stated Rocket.

"I'm serious, maybe (y/n) was telling us the truth I mean this is my little angel we're talking about here".

"But then who would frame her?" Drax questioned. They all then saw Aigami coming towards the ship after being released from the medical wing for his injury. The Guardians then all looked at each other silently thinking they may need to question Aigami on what really happened.

"Hey Aigami care to come here for a sec kid?" asked Peter.

"Sure Mr. Star Lord, sir" Aigami stated shyly and he approached the Guardians. "How's your injury?"

"Fine, the healers said it didn't go too far to do any permanent damage. I should be able to take the bandages off in a couple of weeks".

"That's good. Aigami we know this maybe too much for you but do you care to tell us what really happened down in that weapon vaults room?"

"Well umm....I saw (Y/n) going down and I saw her reach out for the Infinity stone and she told me to go to hell and she shot at me. Luckily you guys came when you did otherwise.....otherwise she would've killed me then and there".

"I am Groot".

"Yeah, how did you know the Asgardians even had an Infinity stone there Aigami?" Rocket sneered. It was then the Guardians all looked at him suspiciousness with their arms crossed or eyebrows raised.

Aigami then leaned his head back and smirked as he began to chuckle softly before saying.

"Well it would seem the morath is out of the bag". He then used his magical abilities to paralyze the Guardians down to their knees and the cube appeared into his hand, "Sorry Guardians as much as I do appreciate the kindness you have given me, I'm afraid our time together must come to an end, but don't worry though where you five are going you won't have to worry about anything and your souls will be put to good use, when my father Thanos reigns over the galaxy".

"You're with THANOS!? YOU SON OF A...."

"Ahh, ahh, ahh language sister Gamora, you're lucky father hasn't decided to send any of the more powerful children he has to assassinate you. You somehow are still his favored child, especially over me but now I'm gonna prove to him that once a traitor, always a traitor".

"Goddamnit (y/n) was right about you all along!" Peter roared out.

"Yeah she was. It is such a shame that her own father didn't even believe her. Oh you should've seen the look on her poor face when the guards took her away, such utter betrayal. I doubt she'll even be coming to rescue you, if the All-Father hadn't already beheaded her already". The cube began to glow and he finished with a wicked smirk, "Farewell Guardians of the Galaxy".

Suddenly music began playing from the Milano. It was a very familiar song that the Guardians once knew and Peter himself felt like he was having a case of Déjà vu. Then appearing out of nowhere on the ship was me.

I began to sing "Ooh-child" to distract Aigami. As I sung, I began to do a little dance and when I got to the chorus I saw Aigami just looking up at me with utter confusion.

"What are you doing?"

"Dance off Aigami, come on me and you we'll settle this here and now. Winner chooses the fate of the Guardians". I leaped off the ship and stood in front of my father and continued to breakdance, thank god I got my dancing from him and not Uncle Drax. "Care to join dad?" I stated as I turned him but I saw him just looking at me. "Oh yeah that's right, he paralyzed you with his magic, okay subtle take it back". I then continued to break dance as Aigami sneered impatiently.

"What are you doing!?"

"I'm distracting you yah big turd blossom. Loki! Thor NOW!" Aigami then suddenly turned around to see the two Asgardians now visible. Loki with his scepter and Thor with his hammer, together they both fired at Aigami's cube which caused the sensitive casing to explode revealing the true power source of it.

Loki had told me the only way too fully separate the cube from Aigami was if another host is willing to accept it as a part of them. If it accepts, then Aigami will be killed, but if it refuses the new host then both Aigami and the future host will die, and apparently Aigami is so egotistical he didn't even know of that part of the cube's power which works out for me.

I knew I was taking a huge risk but my dad did the same thing back on Xandar and he continues to do that every single day along with the rest of my family, now it's my turn.

I was so close to reaching the power source as was Aigami but I knew I had to reach further and do whatever it took for him to not grab the source. I heard my father cry out my name knowing what I was about to do.

Finally I took it.

A powerful wind surged around me as I felt excruciating pain surge through me. I could only manage to stand up but not move another muscle as I felt this power beginning to tear me apart deciding whether I was a worthy host or not.

*3rd POV*

As the Guardians watched with horror as their youngest member was now living what they had went through with the Power stone. Her screams of pure agony were heartbreaking to hear, even to the two Asgardian gods, while Aigami was just enjoying watching her suffer because he knew that kind of power would kill anyone that wasn't a Kishin blood or descent.

As (y/n) kept screaming in agony, Peter turned to Loki and he begged him to release them of their bonds. All Peter wanted was to be with his daughter and hold her and hopefully maybe take away some of that pain.

As Loki looked into Peter's eyes and saw that his tensions were true, he used his magic to free him as well as the rest of the Guardians and the first to walk up to (y/n) was her adoptive father.

"(Y/N)!! TAKE MY HAND BABY GIRL!!!" (Y/n) slowly turned to see her father with his hand extended outwards. "TAKE MY HAND!!!" After a brief moment, (y/n) reached out for her father's hand and as soon as she touched it, the cube's power soon began to affect Peter as well.

"The fool! The cube of Dimension can only allow one host! If he holds on any longer the cube will overload and force everyone in Asgard into it!" Loki exclaimed.

"He is her father Loki! Mother would have done the same for you!" Thor cried out as the two of them could only watch.

Soon Gamora stepped in and called out to Peter to take her hand and just like on Xandar, Peter immediately took her hand and the power spread to Gamora.

As the three of them screamed, Drax soon came up on (y/n)'s other side and tried to touch her shoulder and once he did, he screamed in agony as his skin began to break out n cracks once again. A branch like hand touched Drax's shoulder and Groot then cried out in pain as he threw his head back as his whole body began to snap. Finally to end it off, Rocket reached out for Groot's finger and as soon as he took it, Rocket's head threw back as he cried out in excruciating pain.

Then just like on Xandar, the Guardians ceased their screaming and through the power of the cub, it had accepted all six of them as its host as they all stared Aigami down. (Y/n)'s eyes glowed pure green as she stared at Aigami with pure hatred.

"Impossible! HOW!?"

"You said it yourself bitch, I'm a Guardian of the Galaxy" (y/n)'s voice came out as a haunting echo. Aigami then went to attack her with a dagger he kept hidden but (y/n) opened her palm and the cube's power shot right at Aigami lifting him up in the air. Fire began to consume him as he cried out in pain and in fear as he knew he was going to die.

The fire soon consumed him causing him to explode. It was finished. Aigami was dead.

Quickly thinking, Loki then fired his scepter right at (y/n)'s gut causing them to break the connection of the cube and the winds suddenly dispersed and the power from the cube was gone. The Guardians all breathed heavily then when Peter saw his daughter lying on her back with a wound to her stomach he fell to his knees and held her in his arms.

"Loki how could you...." Thor started but Loki finished sassily.

"I didn't kill her if you're worried about that. I only managed to break the connection at its source, another second then Asgard would've been burned, and I'd rather do that myself than see a child that's slightly better than me do it. Slightly".

"You never do change Loki".

"Will she be alright though?" asked Gamora.

"Yes, the cube has accepted her to be the new host. With some rest she'll be fine. But what I am impressed by is the fact that you mortals didn't get incinerated as soon as you touched her. The cube can only allow one host as I mentioned earlier". Loki stated.

"Well you're looking at someone who can handle an Infinity stone".

"Oh shut up Quill" Rocket proclaimed. They soon heard (y/n)'s moans and soon her eyes began to open.

*1st POV*

I opened my eyes to see that I was in my daddy's arms and my entire family plus Thor and Loki were standing over me.

"Oh (y/n) thank God you're alright!" My dad then squeezed me in a death grip.

"Choking not breathing!" I choked out then my dad released me apologizing.

"Well Lady Quill, you have defeated your enemy with nobility and honor. We must feast in celebration!" Thor proclaimed.

"Did I really?"

"You sure did kiddo, that bastard Aigami is dead thanks to you. Not bad yah little ankle biter". Uncle Rocket said as he lightly nudged my chin with his fist.

"I am Groot". As my family began to congratulate me, I took notice of Loki beginning to walk away.

"Hey Loki!" He turned to face me and I told him, "Thank you, without you I'd probably still be in that prison cell".

"As I said, Aigami deserved everything horrible coming to him and you did just that. Can't have my title of Mischief maker and Chaos be taken away by some Kishin now can I? But don't grow too accustomed to that new power of yours, one day when you're older, I will have it for my own". I rolled my eyes.

Like my dad says, "A Leopard can never change his spots" and it would seem the God of Mischief will never change his mischievous, greedy ways.

"And just know I won't go easy on you when we do battle one day".

"It will be an honor to fight you Lady Quill". Loki then vanished into thin air leaving Thor to groan and chase after his brother.

"Baby girl I—"

"YOU GUYS GOT SOME SERIOUS APOLOGIZING TO DO!! So do it now before I take the cube back out here!" I screamed out as I stood up and glared at my family.

I may have allowed them to help me defeat Aigami but they still got a hell of apologizing to do after all that Aigami did to me. And the Guardians sure did deliver, especially after being threatened by my new power everytime I didn't feel like it was an enough apology.
