You were throwing pebbles at Cheryl's window, rain-soaked you to the bone. "Come on, come on." You muttered throwing another rock. She opened the window and saw you standing on the sidewalk in the rain. You smiled sheepishly, waving. She smiled and put a finger up. Indicating she would be ready in a minute.

She appeared at the window again this time in regular clothes. You went under the ledge and held our your arms. She jumped down from the window into them. You smiled and pecked her lips. "Hey there Juliet." You whispered. You set her down and she bent over, lacing up her shoes. You chuckled lightly.

"Oh shut up Romeo." She responded, laughing with you. You see she called you Romeo even though you were a girl. But you didn't mind.

Here's how we do

The two of you ran to Pop's trying to get out of the rain. The bell rings once the two of you entered the dinner. "Hey, Pops!" You exclaimed enthusiastically.

"Hey Pops," Cheryl echoed.

"Hello, (Y/N), Cheryl. The usual?" He asked. You nodded. The two of you sat at a booth and talked. Talked and talked, into the early hours of the morning. You brought her back to her house and helped her through her window.

"Farwell my sweet Juliet, I shall see you tomorrow my fair lady." You said dramatically, bowing.

"Till tomorrow my sweet Romeo." She responded, blowing you a kiss and walking into her room.

You walked into Riverdale high, your serpents jacket on display for everyone to see. "Looking sexy," Cheryl whispered as she walked past. Making you blush. You walked over to your best friend Jughead Jones.

"Hey, Juggie." You cheered.

"Hey (Y/N)," Jughead said coldly.

"What's wrong?" You asked confused at his tone of voice.

"You," Jughead replied stalking away.

You waited outside of Cheryl's window again, your mascara was a runny mess. You had been crying all day. Your best friend since diapers had just started hating you. Cheryl appeared at the window yet again. She opened it and you got ready to catch her. Once you did she dragged you off to your special spot in the forest. "Tell me what happened Romeo." She whispered wiping your lone tear.

"It's Juggie. He just started hating me! Out of nowhere! We were fine yesterday!" You exclaimed, breaking down into more tears.

"That bitch!" Cheryl muttered.

"Hm?" You asked.

"Jughead just started dating Betty. She never liked you." She said hugging you tighter.

"I-I guess if he cares more about his girlfriend than me, I'll just have to ignore him." You responded feeling better. "Let's go to Pops' I could really use a milkshake." You said, pulling Cheryl into a standing position. The two of you walked to Pops', hand in hand. "Hey Pops'!" You exclaimed.

"The usual?" He asked.

"No, just one vanilla milkshake and one strawberry one." You replied sitting at the counter with Cheryl. "Hello, Miss. Lodge." You said once you saw the woman enter the dinner.

"Hello, (Y/N). What are you doing here so late?" She asked.

"Having a date with my wonderful girlfriend." You responded, kissing Cheryl's cheek.

"How wonderful." She replied.

The whispers in the hallways were starting to get to you. Whenever you passed a group they started whispering and laughing. You walked up to Cheryl and pulled her into an empty bathroom, "What's happening?" You asked her.

"I don't know, no one will talk to me." The Veronica walked in.

"Have you come to make our with your girlfriend (Y/N)?" She asked smirking.

"How the hell did you find out?" You asked her.

"My mom told me, and I told everyone. This is payback for trying to break up Betty and Jughead." You gave her a confused look.

"What?" You asked.

"What do you mean what? Betty told me you tried to steal Jughead from her." She explained.

"Why would I do that? First of all, I'm gay. Second of all Juggie's been my best friend since before pre-k. Second of all just why?" You exclaimed.

"What?" Veronica whispered, feeling bad about what she did.

You had waited all night under Cheryl's window, but she never showed. The next day you stormed up to Cheryl and pulled her into the bathroom, "What the heck?! I waited under your window all night! You never showed!" 

"I'm sorry!" She sobbed you froze, "My mom changed the locks, she found out. She wouldn't let me out!" 

"I'm sorry." You whispered hugging her.

"I can't do it anymore, I can't live there." She cried.

"Live with me! You're 18, a legal adult. You can live on your own!" You told her.

"What about your parents?" She asked.

"They won't mind." You replied, kissing her forehead.

The two of you left the school and rode your motorcycle to your house. You opened the door to the trailer, "Home sweet home!" The two of you walked into the little space.

"Where are your parents?" Cheryl asked.

"Up there!" You responded, pointing at the ceiling.

"But, there isn't a secon- oh," She realized. Your parents died when you were 4. The serpents had been paying for the trailer until you turned 16, then you got a job at Pops and started paying for the trailer on your own.

The two of you did the paperwork and soon Cheryl's permanent residence had become with you.

You wiped down the table at Pops, you looked up as the bell rang. It was Cheryl. "Hey!" You exclaimed, waving at her.

"Hey," she responded sitting at the table that you were wiping down.

"What would you.like?" You asked her.

"Strawberry milkshake, please. " She responded, "Oh! And cheesy fries."

"Coming right up ma'am." You giggled going to the back at telling the cooks what she wanted. And then it was 6:00 and your shift was over. You sat down next to Cheryl and smiled, the two of you are and talked until 9:00. Then the two of you went to your house and did... Something. ;)

"Don't ever look back," you whispered hugging the crying Cheryl. She had woken up from a nightmare about her parents. " Run, baby, run, don't ever look back. Forever we'll be, You and me. " You whispered and You felt her breathing even out, You said down again and went to sleep.
