          R is for Raiyne. Every day I think of how oddly my name is spelled, it reminds me of a familiar meal that has a slightly different flavor.

          There are so many ways my name could have been spelt, Rain, Raine, or Rayne. Instead, it was spelt Raiyne. It was unique, so I went with it.

          Up until this point, I never realized how hard it was for me to talk about myself but I can try. Let's start with pets; in early years I raised Guppies a type of tropical fish. I don't remember much of that, but I do remember having Guinea Pigs. I had three, a white and gray named Pepper, a brown named Buttercup, and a white named M.J. They were sweet little rodents. I loved having them, but I love Roxy more.

          Roxy is my Golden Retriever, German Shepherd mix. She is extremely energetic and adventurous like me. We are a good match because of our love of adventure.

          Music is another key thing about me. All my life, I have loved music. I was never into just one genre so my playlists are full of different types of songs. I presume I'm in band to follow this love of music.

          In my life, there are few people that are close to me. My friends and family are really it. I find it hard to trust, but once I do it's hard to break my trust. Hayley, Alyssa, Osh, and Ian have been in the same class as me since second grade. Amy, Erin and the others since fourth. My cousin, Victoria, is my closest family member because of how close the two of us were with our grandfather.
