Dearest Parents
     If I say I do not understand, please do not tell me not to play dumb. You only are telling me I'm stupid for not understanding and that your trust in me is low. Please have patience as I am a maturing teenager driven by emotions. I do not always understand and only seek acceptance and love in this confusing part of my life.
