If Wendy and Chelia went to Camp Half Blood, would only Chelia be able to enter?

Camp Half Blood only lets those who have the blood of a god flowing through their veins inside. However there have been exceptions to this. So... I think Chelia would be able to enter, seeing as how she is a Sky God Slayer. However I don't think Wendy can. She doesn't have anything related to the gods.
