Why do people ship Rowen?

Maybe because Romeo is the only male in the anime that is her age.

I get that people want Wendy to be straight, but she doesn't have to be. She can be whatever she wants.

They have never talked in the anime or manga.

So... is the only reason they are shipped is that they're the same age? That's kind of stupid...
