So I imagine that all the holidays are vary anticipated and wildly celebrated. Halloween is no acception, and it may even be one of the most celebrated events at Rosie's.

But first, the planning. Everyone decides what they are going to be. Naturally, since there's gonna be kids, their costumes have to be appropriate.

During the planning, there's also floats Every band gets their own, and they get to decorate their float however they want. If there is an event that corresponds to Halloween, such as Splatoween, they often add themes of that.

Then, they choose what songs they will perform. Rosie has to approve of these songs first, so no shenanigans happen.

And then, they perform! The floats go around the park on October 30th, touring the place and each band performs their selections.

But on Halloween itself...

All the bands come together, ans perform one song they all agreed on.
