I looked at the clear blue sky with a couple of white clouds here and there. The sun hid behind a mountain as the day was finally coming to and end. It wasn't as hot as it was earlier thank goodness. I lay on my bed staring at my iPad screen bored typing away. I looked to the left and saw the book that had killed off my favourite character. I was tempted to open it again and continue but I knew I couldn't. I covered my face with my hands frustrated. I didn't know what to write. I looked around my room for more inspiration, nothing. Isn't 2017 meant to be better? Surely. My year hasn't really started well. Delta is sick, I have to go back to school basically all the wonderful stuff that life is bringing me.
I sighed and scratched my eye as i watched a giant black cloud come towards the house.
I looked at my iPad once again.
Maybe, Just maybe this year will be better then last year.
I smiled and yawned as Lexie went into the garden and grabbed a tree branch before attempting to rip it to shreds while rolling around.
I looked at the book and grabbed it before going to the page I was up to and continued reading.
*insert something here shocking cause I don't want to spoil it for whoever reads this.*
"NO!" I slammed the book and began to get sad again.
Why why do books leave me like this......
