Parent Day at UA

Everyone went to class, talking to each other before the first bell. Once the bell rang, everyone sat down and Aizawa came in. "Alright, class, before we begin, we'll be having a parent supervising day on Monday," he tells them. Everyone seemed excited...everyone except the Minti twins and Todoroki. Kashi noticed their expressions.

"Um...Mr. Aizawa?" Kay asked, raising her hand a bit. "Yes?" Aizawa said, looking at her. "Um...Koy and my parents are in America-" "They've been notified and are coming," he lets them know. "Oh..." Kay looks down. "Does our mom have to come?" Koy asked with annoyance in his voice. "I know your mother's a pain, but unless there's some reason for your parents to not to be together, or something happened to one of them, they both have to come," Aizawa explained, he then looked at Todoroki. "Since your parents aren't really together, you can choose which one you'd like to come," he tells him. (I think they're divorced? If not, my mistake) Koy looked out the window, visibly upset. "Koy, I'll make sure she won't be bitchy," Aizawa said. The class seemed a little surprised, but then remembered all the stories they told about their mom. "Don't worry, guys, I'm sure it'll be alright!" Kashi said with a smile. "We'll see..." Koy said. "Thank you, Kashi," Kay said happily.

Timeskip

The students head to their dorms, Koy storms off to his room. "How come he doesn't like your guys' mom more? Wasn't she the worst to you?" Mina asked Kay. "That's why..." Kay told her. "He didn't like how she was to me, he stood up for me a few times, but always got punished for it, so one day I told him to stop so he wouldn't get punished..." she explained. "I'll check on him," Kirishima said. "Me too," Bakugou said. "Wait...you're going to check on Koy? Don't you two hate each other?" Kaminari asked. "They have a bro love/hate relationship," Kirishima said as the two walked down.

Kirishima knocks on Koy's door. "Dude, can we come in?" he asked. "We?" Koy asked. "I came too, dumbass, open the door," Bakugou said. "...Door's open," Koy said, the two walk in and see Koy writing in a notebook. "Hey, how's it going?" Kirishima asked. "Shitty," Koy said, not looking up. "Can't believe your mom has to come, this is gonna suck..." Bakugou said, crossing his arms. "You have no idea..." Koy tells him. "I kinda do, considering, I hate her, you hate her, Kay's scared of her, and my mom wants to bury her and adopt you and Kay, she talks about it a lot...but anyway, we all don't like her, even if not everyone hasn't met her, we know what she's like, and we're all going to make sure she knows her place," Bakugou explained, Kirishima looked surprised. "Wow...I didn't expect that from you..." he said. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN?! I'M A NICE GUY!!!" Bakugou yelled. Koy stopped writing, then looked at Bakugou. "Thanks...that's pretty cool," he said with a smile.

Monday

Kay, Koy, and Iida get to class early, as usual, waiting for everyone and their families to show up. "We must be respectful to our, and everyone's parents, okay?" Iida told the twins. "You don't need to worry about us being disrespectful..." Koy said. "I'm sure your parents will be on their best behavior around new people," Iida said, Koy looked down. "Our dad will, but...mom..." "She doesn't care who's around, she acts however she wants because she's a pro, and she can tell whoever what to do," Koy said. Kashi walks in, yawning gently. "The bitch ain't here yet?" he asked. "You shouldn't disrespect their mother like that-" "No no, he's right," Koy said, interrupting Iida. "I'll be sitting over here," Kashi says, sitting on a chair in the corner.

Iida's parents soon show up. "Hello, Tenya," his father said. "Mother, father, these are my friends, Koy and Kay Minti," he said, looking over at them. "Hello there! Tenya's told us a lot about you! It's nice to meet you," his mother said. "Hello, Mrs. Iida," Kay said gently. "Hi, it's nice to meet you two," Koy said with a smile.

After a few minutes, The twins' parents walked in. "You're early, that's good," their mother said. "Hey, kids!" Their dad said, but their mother glared at them. "Don't talk to them like that, they're soon to be heroes, not idiots," she said, the Iida's looked at them, Tenya then stood up while Kashi was standing in the corner of the room at the front of the class. "Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Minti, I'm Tenya Iida, Kay and Koy's friend-" "Heroes don't have friends, you're just an obstacle in their way," their mother said with a glare. "Oh, it's Wind Trader..." Mr. Iida whispered to his wife. "Doesn't she hurt her children?" Mrs. Iida whispered back as Mr. and Mrs. Minti walked over to their kids. "I'm sorry about her..." Mr. Minti told Tenya. "No worries, Kay's told us about her, it's nice to meet you Flame Song," Tenya said with a smile.

Soon everyone and their parents start to show up. Mrs. Minti gave looks to them. "Hey Kay," Asui said. "Hello, Tsu," she said gently. "You're slouching, straighten your posture, your parents need to be better parents..." Mrs. Minti said. "Excuse me?" Asui's mom said. "If you were a good parent, your child would have better posture, and her voice wouldn't be so bad," she said. "I'm sorry, you're probably wonderful parents," Mr. Minti said. "Don't lie, you're a hero, act like it," Mrs. Minti said. "And there goes a friend..." Koy said. "You don't have friends, you shouldn't get close with your classmates, their your enemies-" "Last I checked, they're trying to be heroes, not villains," Aizawa said, walking in. "Ereasure head..." "Wind Trader..."

The two just stare at each other for a while. "You know, heroes are supposed to be good guys, right Wind Trader?" Kashi asked, Mrs. Minti then glared over at him. "You're one to talk..." "We keep it a secret," Aizawa reminded her. 'A secret...?' Kay thought to herself. "And besides, you have to get along with fellow heroes, so making friends is the best thing to do. You shouldn't get butthurt because your kids are cooler than you," Kashi said with a grin.

After a bit, Bakugou came in with his parents. "Hi, Katskui," Kay said. He looked at her and smiled, Mrs. Bakugou went over to the two. "It's been so long! You two have grown so much!" she said happily. "Stop talking to my children as if they're babies," Mrs. Minti said, and the two mothers glared at each other. "Well, at least I know that my child needs food," Mrs. Bakugou said. "Hey Masaru," Mr. Minti said. "Hey Bill," Mr. Bakugou said. The father's got along, the mothers...not so much. "Okay, okay, calm down girls," Kashi said, trying to separate the two moms.

Todoroki walked in after a bit with both his parents. "You didn't have to bring both, Todoroki," Kashi tells him. "I know, but I thought I should..." he said, Kashi looked at Endeavor. "I'm not the man I once was," he said, then looked at Rei a little sadly. Mrs. Minti looked at Endeavor. "Finally! Someone who's actually good," she said. "Oh, hello Wind Trader..." "Can you believe our children train here? Look at all of the other kids who don't have parent heroes, such maggots..." she said. "You shouldn't talk like that," he said, which made her surprised. "E-excuse me? You used to agree that-" "Well I'm a better man, you should become a better woman," he said, going by his son and ex-wife.

As time went by, more parents and students came in, and Mrs. Minti always had a remark to make. The twin thought that the other students were going to hate them because of their mother. "Okay class, time to introduce your parents," Aizawa said, Mrs. Minti started to stand up. "You're not first," Aizawa said. She sat back down, and one by one, the parents introduced themselves, some were heroes, others weren't. "Psst, do you have the notes? I left mine in my dorm room," Hagkure asked Koy as Momo's parents were up. "Yeah, let me ge-" "You should've grabbed your notes, my son won't help runts like you," Mrs. Minti said, grabbing Koy and stopping him. "I was just asking...they were right," she mumbled to herself.

After the introductions, Aizawa told the parents to sit on the back so the kids and learn their lessons. Mrs. Minti watched her children, not thinking they were doing good enough. "So, you're from America! That must be exciting," Mr. Uraraka said to Mr. and Mrs. Minti. "It's not so bad-" "Shut up. They're nothing more than bottom feeders, they can barely afford their daughter to be here," Mrs. Minti said, interrupting her husband. He wasn't happy. "Why is she like this?" Mrs. Iida asked him. "Her family aren't the greatest people, honestly...I want to leave her..." Mr. Minti whispered so she wouldn't hear.

Soon, the bell for lunch rang, and Aizawa went into his sleeping bag, as the students went to lunch. "Kay, come here. You need to train and exercise, you've gotten fatter," Mrs. Minti said. "She's not fat! It's called muscle!" Ochaco said, defending her friend. "O-ochaco..." she said quietly. "What would you know, you look like a pig," Mrs. Minti said. "Don't EVER talk to our daughter like that!" Mrs. Uraraka said. "I'm a hero, I can say whatever I want-" "NO YOU CAN'T!!" Mr. Minti yelled, finally standing up to his wife. "W...where did that come from?" she asked her husband. "You've huer our children from the start! And I'm sick of it! Haven't you noticed how miserable they've been with you around? We're not a family, because of you...when we leave, I'm filing for divorce, and the kids will be in my custody," he told her, then left the room to blow off some steam.

The class was stunned, even Kay and Koy. Kashi, on the other hand, was holding in his laugh, Mrs. Minti glared at him. "Shut up, Dabi boy!" she yelled, and Aizawa and Kashi widened their eyes. "Er...wait, I didn't..." "That was supposed to be a secret!" Kashi yelled, getting angry. "Your dad is Hawks...and Dabi?" Mina asked gently. "W-wait, I'm still good, just..." he glares at her, then leaves, feeling ashamed. "Cassie, come with me," Aizawa said, then looked at the class. "Go to lunch," he said, the class then left.

Aizawa and Mrs. Minti walked through the halls. "I get you're a hero, but you can't talk to others like that, and you were su-" "I know! I didn't mean to...if I was a man, I would be a better person," she said, Aizawa looked at her baffled. "What does...oh, your family is sexist...I forgot," he said, sighing. "Look, it's not your sex that's the problem, it's the way you were brought up, and your personality. Things are different now, I get that you want your kids to be the best, but the way you raised them...it was villainous," he explained. "What do you..." "They've told us how you raised them, and that their dad actually loves them," he said. "I-I love my kids-" "Then why did you tell Koy his dream would make him a worm? Hm?" he asked, glaring at her. "And how about Kay? You barely fed her and said it was how women were suppose to look? You don't love your kids, you just wanted your family name to look good," he said, Mrs. Minti was going to say something, but knew that he was right.

Aizawa showed Mrs. Minti around, going to the cafetirea first. "It may seem like what you did was fine, but because of you, Kay is suffering from anorexia, she doesn't want to eat, or...she didn't want to. But now, her brother and her friends are doing what they can to help her, and she's getting better," he explained. "A...anorexia? It wasn't that...I didn't want that...I just wanted-" "Her thin? To look sickly? Because that's what she looked at the beginning of the year, now. She's strong, and she's doing so much better," Aizawa tells her.

After a while, they go to train, and the parents were able to watch, Aizawa continued to talk with Mrs. Minti. "Look at how they train. They're focused, and have a goal when they don't have someone always yelling how bad they're doing," Aizawa tells her. "I was just trying to make it real..." "But they were little, they didn't need to be trained that bad, I've gotten after Endeavor about it too," he said. Kashi was helping some of the students. "And you want to know something else? Koy is taking Astronomy, because he has that extra time, and he's still focused, you told him that it was a distraction, but look at him," he said, as they watch Koy fighting one of Ectoplasm's clones with big rocks. "He's very focused."

The two then walked into the hallway. "You see? The way you treated your kids was not the best, and they always talk about how their dad tried to give them a good life, tried to get them what they wanted for Christmas, tried to let them be kids, but you always got in the way. You need to learn that they aren't you. They'll be heroes their own ways." "But...Koy didn't want to be a hero..." "But you forced him here. He's told me this, and I've always given him the chance to leave, but he doesn't. Why? Because  of you...now, that has changed because he's learned a lot, and he has a lot of friends here, and wouldn't leave if his life was on the line. He's a true hero, him and Kay. And they'll be better than you ever will. Now leave," he said, her eyes widen. "B-but, why? I'll be better, I'll-" "Prove it." He glared. "IF you really want to be better, then go and be a hero," he said.

At the end of the day, the students and their teachers went back to the class. "W...where's mom?" Kay asked. "Probably sulking," Koy said, he then looked at his dad with a smile. "Thanks for standing up for us," he said. "I should've done it a while ago..." he said with a sigh, Kay hugs him. "You were scared like us...it's okay," she said happily. Aizawa then came it. "She left, she's going to try to be a real hero for once," he explained. "Wait...did you tell her to leave?" Koy asked, Aizawa nodded.

At the end of the day, the parents left, hugging their kids and wishing them luck, Koy sighs. "Hey guys...we're sorry about how our mom treated you guys..." he said. "I bet you hate us..." "What?! Why would we hate you, bro?" Kirishim asked. "Huh?" "Just because your mom was mean, doesn't mean you two are," Froppy told them, Kay smiled, hugging her. "Yeah! You guys are cool!" Mina said. "She wasn't as good as I thought...body I mean," Mineta said, and Iida glared at him. "I...thanks guys, in middle school, when people found out about our mom...no one wanted to be friends..." "Katskui did!" Kay said. "Eh, more you," Bakugou said.

Everyone went to their dorms, and talked about regular teen stuff. Mrs. Minti, was sent to try to find the League of Villians, and try to get some intel. She was to go undercover, so she had a desgiuse, and pretended to be a villain so she could get in.

How will it turn out?

...You'll have to wait and see...

The End.
