And this is how I think they'd be at times :3

When Koy/Mei is sad:

I see Koy picking Mei up and just holding her, telling her that she's doing good enough and that he's there, and then try to make her laugh by telling her a joke or doing something funny.

I could see Mei hold Koy as she sits on his lap, petting his head and letting him know that he can relax with her

When Koy/Mei is angry:

I think Koy would try to hold her hands and just look into her eyes, trying to calm the anger inside her.

Mei would probably smack him, not very hard, but enough to get his attention and then tell him that it'll be okay, rubbing his back and telling him to breathe.

When they are on a date:

Koy would tell her she's beautiful and tell her he didn't realize she could look more amazing just by existing, but the dress (or suit whatever she wants to wear) makes her beauty glow more, just making her feel good and give her a fun time out. 

Mei would be nervous at first, but try to make small talk, trying to just talk about anything interesting or fun, giggling whenever he was being a dork.

When Koy/Mei is scared:

Koy would hold her close and protect her, rubbing her back to keep her calm, trying to tell her that she's strong and everything will be okay.

Mei I think would take his hand and hold it to her heart, telling him to focus on her heartbeat so he wouldn't think of what was scaring him.

And one more

How Koy/Mei would try to be flirty with each other: 

Koy would have her against the wall, his arm above her head with a michevious grin, giving her a sweet kiss, but only to pull away and tease her a bit.

Mei would run her fingers up his back slowly before massaging his shoulders, kissing his neck as she whispered sweet nothings to him.
