De-Age
Hawks and Ommi were on patrol, looking around casually for villains. "So, dinner at my place?" Hawks asked with a wink, Ommi chuckled. "Sure, I don't mind dining on chicken~" she grinned, winking back at him, making him laugh softly before they saw a villain. "The first one to take him down has to do the dishes," Ommi said, grappling quickly to the villain, Hawks following right behind her.
They fight for a while, thinking they were about to knock him down, but the villain soon hits Hawks with his quirk. "Damnit, you good?" Ommi called out, trying to keep the villain down. "Ugh..." Hawks stumbles back, sitting down for a moment. Ommi fights the villain alone for a while before finally getting him down, cuffing his wrists as she keeps him on the ground. "Ugh, he was tough...you good, bird brain?" She asks, looking up, but sees Hawks' clothes, but...not Hawks.
"Hawks?" She set the villain up against the wall, going over to look. Soon, she sees a small head pop out of the clothes. He...looked like Hawks, but much younger. "Oh boy...um...do you...remember me?" Ommi asked. Keigo was quiet, looking up at the woman, he hid slightly in his clothes, afraid to speak. "I...I shouldn't be here..." he said softly, trying to move out of the clothing, but Ommi stopped him. "No no no, please...you need clothes...your size..." she said, looking around. She sighs before looking back at her partner now a child. "Look, kid...um, I'm a friend of yours, and...you're supposed to be an adult..."
"W...what?"
"Yeah...um, here..."
She takes the jacket, wrapping it around Keigo so his body was covered before picking him up, and going into a store to find some kid clothing. Once she finds some, she buys them and puts them on Keigo in the dressing room after the clothes are bought. "There...so...what's the last thing you remember?" She asks, crossing her arms. Keigo thinks for a moment. "I...was at home...and Dad had left..." he says, Ommi scratches her head. "Great...so, listen...um, you know that hero, Endeavor, right?"
"I have an Endeavor plush..."
"Yeah, I know, heh...um, he arrested that shi-" She stopped for a moment. Keigo had told her about his past when he was an adult, but she needed to watch how she spoke, as he was a child. "And he arrested your father because...he was a bad man..."
"R-really? So...I don't have to worry about getting hurt...?"
"Nope, you're completely safe."
"And...my Mama?"
"Oh, that skan-
Mmm...she gave you to the hero commission...and you become a hero..."
"Whoa..."
"Mhm...and we work together, we're a pretty good team."
"W...what's your name?"
"I'm Ommi, and you're Keigo." Ommi felt awkward. She wasn't good with kids, so having to take care of one was...odd. Especially since...he was her boyfriend before, but she didn't want to think of it, as it was weird and just...not right to think about. "Um...so, I guess I can take care of you? Uh...you can crash at my apartment..." Keigo nodded. He was still a little nervous, but he could see Ommi had good intentions, he had a sense of trust.
Ommi takes Keigo to her apartment, going and sits him down on the couch. "What shows do you like?" she asks, turning her TV on and flipping through the channels. "...I'm only allowed to watch the news..." Keigo tells her, making Ommi feel awkward. "Oh...well, not here, heh, Aunt Ommi will let you watch cartoons," she said, flipping through the channels more. 'Did I really say "Aunt Ommi"? Ugh...' She thought before turning on a cartoon. "You sit here...I'll go make you some chicken nuggets..." she said, going into the kitchen. "I...get chicken?" he asked, seeming to perk up. "Heh, yep..."
"Thanks...Ms. Ommi."
"Eh...just call me Ommi kid, heh."
She makes him a plate of chicken nuggets, grabs the ketchup, and walks over to him, seeing he was entranced with the show before she sets the chicken nuggets down in front of him. "Ooo...these look nice," he says softly, picking one up and taking a bite. His face lit up, enjoying the taste. "Mmm! This is amazing..." He says, having an adorable smile. "Heh, thanks...putting them in the toaster oven is much better than microwaved," she said, sitting next to him on the couch. Keigo gobbled up the chicken nuggets, enjoying the meal. "Thank you...I haven't eaten so well before," he says, Ommi's smile fading a bit. "Well...you can eat whatever you want when you're with me," she said, patting his head. Keigo couldn't help but smile, everything seemed so much better, he had clean clothes, was in an apartment that was bigger than the shack he lived in, got to watch something other than the news, and could eat whatever he wanted. This was like heaven...and seeing that made Ommi sad, knowing how rough his childhood was. She wasn't the best caregiver, at least she didn't think so, but she was hoping to give him a better childhood...at least until he turned back to normal.
Later that night, Ommi was getting stuff set up on the couch for Keigo to sleep. "Um...may I have my Endeavor plush...?" he asked, looking at her. "Uh...yeah, let me...go get it, heh..." Ommi said, walking out of the room. She knew where it was...at his apartment. She knew his apartment wasn't far away, so she went out through one of the windows, going and getting the plush. As she got there, she picked up the small Endeavor plush. "Man...it's sad to think he only had this to keep him company...wait- oh shit!" She said, putting the Endeavor plush in her pocket, and securing it before grappling out and heading back quickly. "Idiot, idiot, why did you leave a child alone at your apartment?!" She said to herself. She wasn't gone long, but she realized how irresponsible it was for her to leave Keigo alone. She wasn't sure why, but she was worried something happened. As she gets there, she sees Keigo lying on the couch, yawning softly. She let out a heavy breath, falling to her knees. "Oh thank god...he's alive..." she said, Keigo looked at her, tilting his head.
She set up where Keigo would sleep, which was the pullout bed the couch was, which made Keigo's eyes widen in surprise. "Okay, my room is next to the bathroom, so if you need me, just...go that way," she said, pointing to where her room was, Keigo nodded. "Alright, goodnight," she said, kissing his head before heading to her room. "W-wait!" Keigo said, and as Ommi turned, Keigo went and hugged her legs. "Thank you...you make me really happy..." he said, smiling at her before getting back in bed. Ommi quietly went into her room, and lay on the bed. She teared up a bit, covering her mouth. "Damnit...he's so sweet...he didn't deserve that shit..." she mumbled, before falling asleep.
Next morning
Ommi wakes up early in the morning, going to sit up before feeling arms around her. She looks, seeing Keigo as an adult...his clothes seemed to have ripped as they were too small, but he was holding his Endeavor plush. Ommi smiled, seeing that he must've changed back in the middle of the night. She gently pets his head, humming softly. Once he wakes up, he looks up at her. "Hmm...morning, baby bird," he said with a smile. "Morning, Keigo," Ommi said, hugging him close. He sat up patting her back, though this hug seemed...sad. "Everything alright? And...how did we get here? And where are my clothes?" he asked, chuckling a bit. "I'll answer you soon...right now, I just want to give you the love you deserve..." she said, making Keigo a little confused. "Um...okay?"
"I love you...I truly love you, Keigo. It's not fair what happened..."
Keigo's eyes soften before hugging her close, knowing what she meant. "Yeah...I know...but I got you...you make me really happy..." he said, making Ommi cry a bit. "Damnit, you said it again..." she said, making Keigo chuckle. "Again?"
"During that fight yesterday...you were a kid again...I took care of you and...you said that to me..."
"Ah...well, it's true."
"I know...I hate your parents..."
"Heh...me too..."
