MO: Infect EVERYONE with Abscheu syndrome, which is a combination of the Akuma's energy and HATE.

Powers: Spread of Abscheu syndrome, nigh invulnerability, inhuman strength, endurance, stamina.

Context: 682 was having a bad day. Lila was lying about his sister and that had gotten her expelled from school, and he knew full well that he would be next. HATE was already seizing this opportunity, when Hawk Moth got in on it too. Little did he know, he got himself in way over his head. HATE and the Akuma energy combined and akumatized 682 into Tollwütig, and gave him Abscheu syndrome, which due to the syndrome, he was unable to control Tollwütig.

Abscheu syndrome has similar symptoms to: Rabies, Canine distemper, Chronic wasting disease, Intermittent explosive disorder, Methamphetamine abuse, Dementia, Schizophrenia, Psychosis, and Tuberculosis.

Defeat: Since the myriad of symptoms of Abscheu syndrome inflicts upon someone basically destroys all rational thought, it was quite easy for Leona (Rosie's hero Identity) to spot a weakness. Tollwütig will eat ANYTHING that is food. Taking advantage of this, she went to the nearest butcher and got the biggest cut of meat she could find, and hid an instance of SCP-500 inside. All that was left was to wait for him to find the meat, and eat it. Sure enough, he gulped the thing down whole (after a bit of choking due to the throat spasms that the rabies symptoms gave him). He was quickly returned to sanity thanks to the effects of SCP-500 and quickly rejected his own akuma, freeing himself. Although, he quickly had a mental breakdown knowing that Abscheu syndrome was FATAL to anyone who wasn't 682, because of the amount of physical and mental stress it puts your body through, which 682 can adapt to, but humans can't.

Appearance: He looks much like 682, but with purple foam and black puss coming from his mouth and eyes. His paw pads have hardened and cracked, leaving a trail of biohazardous blood everywhere he goes. His body is covered in wounds, with more of the black puss streaming down from it. His body trembles and shakes constantly, but this does not have any effect on his motor skills. He acts like a feral wild animal, and will attack anyone who gets too close.

More about Abscheu syndrome: It spreads via air (only in a certain radius around the infected, since the particles are so slow), saliva, and blood. This disease is well known amongst the Miraculous guardians, who fear it like all hell and dispense the most powerful miraculous against it. The only cures are either LOVE or SCP-500. The victims are sometimes aware of what is going on, and will try to end themselves.
