Like stop saying it, please. People can wear what they want for f[][][]'s sake! They have the freedom to do so, so don't deprive them of that.

I guess it's okay to advice them not to wear that but do it politely. Don't make it sound like it's to hurt their precious feelings. Make it sound like you care and you just want to protect them. If you have nothing else to say but ugly words then just shut the f[][][] up and suck it up, okay? Does it really take great effort to avoid that post or whatever? I bet not, you just can't control your anger or your b[][][][] of an attitude.

What will you get if you say harsh words to a person like that? Do you even know how it feels like to be in their shoes and body?

Why don't you do something to make this world a better place to live in and make society better instead of hurting others. That would seriously make your existence helpful.
