Author-Chan was sitting at a table, resting her head on it when Dabi came over. "Ey, it's your 21st birthday, isn't it?" he asked, tilting his head. "Hm? Oh, yeah...it is." 

"Did you forget or something?" 

"...No...I couldn't forget it this year..." 

Dabi tilted his head in confusion. "Then why are you acting so mopey?" he asked, leaning on the wall. Author-Chan let out a sigh before looking up at him with a sad expression. "...My older brother has a heriratary disease, and...he's going to need brain surgery..." Dabi's expression softened, rubbing his neck. "Oh...that hht thing, right?" 

"Mhm...I'm worried..." 

"Hey, I'm sure he'll be fine, is it deep in his head." 

"N...no, the doctor said it was in one of the best spots for an AVM, but...it's still worrying..." 

"Well, I'm sure he'll be okay, especially if you're there for him." He pats her shoulder, making her smile. 

"Thanks..."

So, obviously besides the Dabi part...this is true. Half of my family has a disease called HHT, and right now there's no cure. My older brother has an AVM in his head, and he's going to need surgery tomorrow, I'm making this before my birthday, but it's right around that point. 

If you're able to donate to the cure HHT cause, that would really help. I'm not trying to guilt you guys into it, but it's a rare disease and I think it needs to be known more is all
