Kay was heading to lunch with her brother. "You took your pills this morning, right?" he asked, Kay, nodded. "Yes, I took my pills don't worry," she said with a smile, Koy sighs. "That's the one thing I can't do, unfortunately..." Bakugou could kind of hear the conversation. "Is she crazy or something? Why does she need pills?" 

When they get there, they get in line for lunch, getting some rice. Koy went and sat with his friends, and Kay sat with hers, Bakugou just happened to sit by her table. "This looks so good!" Kay said, starting to eat. "Hey, how are you feeling?" Su asked her. "I'm feeling alright..." Kay said, eating a little more before finishing. "I guess I wasn't that hungry," she said with a gentle smile, but her friends looked worried. "Are you sure? You barely ate..." Momo asked Kay looked away. "Look, I just started taking the meds, so I am going to eat less still, but I'm going to eat more, okay...?" she tells her friends, Bakugou was a little more confused, but he then realized something. 

Timeskip

At the end of the day, Kay and Koy were heading home, but Bakugou soon ran over. "Kay! You have some explaining to do!!" he yelled, Kay and Koy turn to him. "What? Did she do something better than you?" Koy asked, crossing his arms, but Bakugou soon helps a bottle of pills. "This fell out of your backpack...you're anorexic, aren't you?" he asked, Kay's eyes widen, she then looked away a bit. "...Mhm...I'm trying to get better, but I haven't really eaten, so it's hard, the pills are helping a bit...but I just started to take them...I know, you probably think I'm stupid, and you wanna laugh, so go ahead," Kay said, hanging her head low. Bakugou didn't laugh, he then grabbed her by the shoulders. "YOU REALLY THINK I'D LAUGH AT YOU FOR THAT?!" he yelled. "W-well...you once called me a pig for having 'a lot' in my lunch, but for me...it wasn't that much, and honestly...I didn't care, but the thing is...I already was anorexic, and when I got older...it got worse, so Koy's been trying to help me...I'm going to the therapist...taking meds...I'm doing my best to get better..." she said, looking at him with tears in her eyes. 

Bakugou pulls her into a hug, rubbing her back. "It's okay, I didn't know...I'm sorry, I'll try to help if I can," he said, Kay starts crying, hugging him back. Koy sighs. 'At least he wants to help I guess...' he thinks.
