Remember how I said I'll shamefully disclose delays upon my current projects?

Yeah, A World to Understand is being delayed for another... day or two. I really wanted to touch up upon some of the things in the chapter. In addition, it's a fairly long chapter. It's also a fairly dark chapter.

I do have quite a few tests at hand, but that does not excuse my tardiness behind publishing more stories. For that, I apologize. *Insert modest bow*

Right now, I do have the chapter more or less completed, so I'll leave a small sneak peak of the chapter to leave you fairly entertained.

Narration:

And so we return to the world of Edge, Akemi, and Mugen once more. Edge has remained unemployed due to a series of unfortunate events while Akemi served as the housewife taking care of Mugen. Eventually, financial issues struck them as Edge was out of luck trying to find a job as their savings were nearing absolute zero. Mugen, capable of the computer hacking and whatnot, offered to simply get money off the Internet through hacking. Of course, acting as Mugen's "parents", Akemi and Edge refused.

This led back to the original issue: money. No money, more problems.

Edge: Job-hunting is so damn hard in this city...

Akemi: It can't be that hard can it? What happened to your other jobs anyway?

Edge: I told you. All of them didn't want me back. I was too bad ass for them.

Akemi: Then stop being such a bad ass and be a good one. I mean, how do you fail babysitting?

Edge: It's not my fault that the baby walked out the window and off the edge! At least I caught him before he hit the concrete!

Akemi: Any normal parent wouldn't let a baby go near the window in the first place!

Edge: I learned to land from a two story building when I was 3 years old!

Akemi: That's not normal!

Mugen: Anything is possible in fanfiction.

Good point Mugen. Anything can happen in anime and manga.

Mugen: Right?

Soon, the duo came to a consensus as Akemi decided to go find a job while Edge looked after Mugen who was typing away at some digital keyboard hovering in the air.

Edge: So... what do you do in your free time Mugen?

Mugen: Write fanfiction, participate in death games and fanfiction crossovers, and talk with Narrator-san.

Edge: Narrator-san?

Oh hi. That's me. Don't mind me not doing my job correctly. It's not like I'm letting the dialogue dominate the chapter so that I have less work to do or anything.

Edge: I see... Mugen don't talk to strangers.

Mugen: But Narrator-san is actu-

STAP! Spoilers! There is a time and place for everything- just not now.

Mugen: K~

Edge: What in the hell does Akemi go through on a normal day?

Akemi goes through quite a bit each day as she wonders why you haven't landed yourself a stable income yet. She also wonders if you go out each day to meet a different girl and-

Edge: Hold up. I swear I've been doing good deeds around the city. I don't have time to hook up with girls even though I really want to.

Whatever.

Anyways, I think it's time to switch over to Akemi's point of view.

Mugen: Yay! Transition to Mommy!

Edge: What the hell is that supposed to mean?!
