As you can see, he was heavily inspired by MTMTE Whirl and Cybertron Landmine.

Story of how I came up with him:
I spotted on of those mini bulldozers and thought it would make an interesting Transformer.
Funnily enough, I was only thinking of Landmine when I made him.
