Well everyone this chapter is dedicated to my boi OblivionStar.

Anyways, today on BakaNews, I will be talking about Dokkan and its horrendous rates.

So everyone knows that when you first get into the game you get this game currency called DragonStones after completing quests, challenges, and story missions.

However, when they are introduced to banners to use the stones for summoning for good units, they may or may not be too happy when its something that was not expected.

For me personally, I think that the rates for summoning on banners is still terrible than how it was before.

I mean sure we have the guaranteed chance to get an SSR when its featured or unfeatured, but most of the time it always makes some of us happy but at the same time angry at the game since even though it was an SSR, it wasn't the right one we wanted.

Idk. That's just how I feel. I mean when I pulled on Full Power SSJ4 Goku's banner on my 3rd or 4th Multisummon, I didn't get him. I got the GT Frieza. However on my 4th I didn't get FP SSJ4 but I did get the GT Base Form Goku with the Dragon Fist animation when awakened.

But yeah, that's all I have for now.
