Itzli can't visit places like cemeteries and major battlefields because the number of spirits will overload him.

Though he may occasionally stumble upon one that's unmarked but he usually knows how to avoid them.

He can, however, visit such a place if he has someone there close to him (emotionally rather than merely physically) to ground him.

He often visits small graveyards on occasion though, to spend time with those who've passed on and to give them closure to move in into the next life rather than aimlessly wander this world.
