- is Norway's fraternal twin
- Generous, mirthful, can be a worrier, loves making others happy, has a tendency to hide his own feelings or injuries in order to not make others worry or fret, a bit on the submissive side, but fiercely loyal and protective to a thousands degrees. He can also at times seem like a child and will cry if badly upset or appear overly excited when very happy.
- (has the same eye color as Rún, which is not depicted in the above picture)
- takes after the Norse god Baldr (god of love, peace, forgiveness, light, justice, and purity).
- like baldr he an become invulnerable to anything, so long as he concentrates enough on doing so and has the energy to do so.
- he can create an aura of peace and purity, as well as influence a sense of forgiveness in others.
- he has limited photokinesis as well as the ability to give or take away love. On par with the latter he is also adept at love potions and other various love magics.
- he has a sense of justice that cannot and will not be appeased by unfair judgement and whether truly right or wrong if he feels someone has been wronged he will try to do everything in his power to make it right.
- his left leg from the knee down is robotic, due to an incident that happened long ago. (Rún was deceived by the follower of Loki (unknown as of yet) and while out hunting one foggy day accidentally shot Halvard on the knee with an arrow, it had to be amputated.) though currently his robotic leg has been stolen and is for now replaced with a metal prosthetic (that looks more like a flat metal stick curved at the end. Kinda like what runners use).
- he wields both Forseti's Axe (a golden axe that can create springs and stuffs) as well as Draupnir (Odin's golden ring, made by dwarves and able to perfectly replicate itself. It is a source of endless wealth. Was given to Halvard by his brother Rún.)
