- shy around strangers, a procrastinator unless motivated, a head-worker at times, inquisitive, emotional, clingy to those he knows and has a fondness for, can be somewhat childish, and hates lying .
- he has the mouthful of fangs, slitted pupils, and slight claws of his English father and the tanned complexion and darker hair of his Spanish father.
- he has a knack for learning other languages and currently knows five: Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, and Italian. ( He tried learning Latin and a few older languages but couldn't quite get the hang of it. )
- never picky, there isn't a good he's met yet that he hasn't liked or been willing to eat

- he is part chupacabra and mistaken sometimes for being a vampire. Though of course that is not the case. He does drink blood but he can have other foods as well, however he does need blood of some kind on a daily basis. Unlike vampires and day-walkers he doesn't require human blood though can consume it.

- she tries to keep her nails trimmed as often as she can to avoid accidentally scratching others

- she is part Xana, and if she so wants can hypnotize others by singing (though not every time she sings, only with intent).
