Mingan has to oftentimes ignore or fight down his wolf's instincts. And on top of that if he experiences heightened emotion (high happiness, sadness, distress, anger, etc.) it's his body's natural response to shift to wolf form. Something he tries to avoid in the presence of others though can't always push aside the urge to. In such cases he usually just runs away to avoid showing what he really is....

When dancing at night Iolana will sometimes put glow in the dark paint over her tattoos, making quite a unique effect when added to her movements.

Aiyana loves hoop dancing, her favorite actually being Cherokee Hoop Dancing, and occasionally practices doing so alone. Or when she thinks she's alone. She's gotten so good at it that she can lay out all the hoops around her and perfectly preform the dances even blindfolded.

Taima has taken up taxidermy as a hobby, though she's not quite good at it yet...
she also collects skeletons of various animals and has them all rearranged back together with wire and put in shelves in her home's basement.

Mingan doesn't tell others that he is a skinwalker because of his old fear. Back in the day skinwalkers were (and sometimes still are) considered a type of witch and were usually either chased away from any tribe or killed if caught. He's afraid of what his people (or, yes, even siblings) would do if they found out...
