So faiththestoryteller's chapter on it made me get the teensiest but inspired.
And here I have out together a few imagines to show what Waneta's outfit kinda looks like (it's not entirely accurate but meh... close enough...)

Her veil~ (except hers has a second layer over the eyes)

Her dress sorta looks like this except with no sleeves and no lace around the collar

This is kinda what her vest looks like except hers is made of leather

Her boots~

She wears one of these on both wrists (but hers would be black instead of brown and the chains would be silverish)

She also wears a fitted black long sleeve under the dress with thumb holes cut in the ends of each sleeve as well as torn black leggings. Over the leggings she wears black short-shorts held up by a chain belt.

She sometimes paints her fingernails with spiderweb patterns just cause she can and she likes spiderwebs.....

She only ever wears dark colored makeup and uses makeup to hide her  urn scars as best she can (though if she didn't have the veil they'd be rather easy to spot anyway). 

She loves to add little objects, trinkets, and the like to her outfit that give it a  more 'steampunk' feel.
