Apparently the boy had more since than most adults at the time....

Necuametl is a title.

A'Ciliz is the name he went by when he was found after being missing for nearly 200 years.

Nopalzin is his birth name~

So technically his real name is actually
Nopalzin Necuametl or
"Cactus King"   X3

(Named for his unruly hair, and apparent love of cacti....)
