So I'm obsessed with Percy Jackson, both the books and the Broadway show. But apparently everyone forgets how freaking pessimistic Percy actually is!

It's amazing he isn't extremely depressed! He's just so negative and the fandom laughs it off as sarcasm like no! He's a violent, dangerous guy and yeah he's great but he's definitely no weak idiot who sits around and watches Finding Nemo 24/7. Give him some credit.

I'm actually curious what people at his schools think. He's been expelled from what, seven schools? When he was twelve he blew up the Gateway Arch! And he's described as having a pretty intense expression. Dang.

Percy is scary. Stop underestimating him?! Why you do that?!

He does have a softer side though. In the musical my fave song is Good Kid because it's the only song that's JUST Percy, and it gives us his backstory with his true feelings, not the sarcasm he uses when talking to others.

It's okay, I'm not crying.... *sob*

Like Percy just stop being either sad or angry legit those are his only emotions. I have to reread the books because I need to analyze this.
